A coaching approach for management consultants 

A coaching approach can be highly effective for management consultants working with clients who want to drive meaningful change that delivers growth. Rather than simply providing solutions, consultants using a coaching approach can engage clients in the process of developing relevant and unique solutions, and in overcoming the hurdles to implementing them.

At this CMCE showcase, Steve Paul will share his experience of engaging and motivating clients and will lead a discussion of how this can be helpful for management consultants.

Steve Paul is an executive and senior level coach and business mentor, webinar host, and public speaker. He spent 20 years working in senior marketing, sales and strategy roles for large organizations, including Philips Electronics, Lotus/IBM, HarperCollins and the BBC followed by 15 years as Senior Client Partner and Head of Digital at independent marketing and design agencies.

In 2016 he set up Cesura Coaching and Mentoring, primarily working with owners and the leadership teams of creative communications agencies to help them develop their personal effectiveness and their business performance.

Steve has an honours degree in business and marketing, a diploma in transitional coaching, is ILM 7 credentialed, and is a trained NLP and hypnotherapy practitioner. He is also a volunteer business manager for a symphony orchestra.
