Characteristics of High Performing Boards

What constitutes a high performing board?

This highly participative workshop will be led by Cranfield Visiting Professor, Patrick Dunne, who will draw on global best practice to focus on three aspects of board effectiveness:

Purpose: Ensuring that the role of the Board, Executive leadership, Subcommittees and relevant others are clear, aligned and reinforcing of each other

People: Getting the right people working together in the right way

Process: Ensuring that all of the plumbing of a board is working effectively and efficiently, with a particular emphasis on decision making

If you have an involvement with boards as a board member or consultant/advisor then this interactive face-to-face workshop will provide you with insight to help you and your board be more effective.
